Pharisees, rich, mighty—who trust status over repentance (Luke 6:24-26, Matt 19:30). They reject the mirror-Word, stay blind, crash last in judgment.

Humble "last"—poor, sinners, faithful—embrace truth, get lifted first (Luke 13:30).

Kingdom math: self-demotion wins divine promotion.

Fakes opposing the true form, not siblings from same cloth.

Pharisees mirror Christ's light outwardly while inverting His humility inwardly; first-to-last via pride's blind reflection.
